8.50am – 9am: Opening speech by Head Judge
9am – 10am: SPA/Wellness and Freestyle (Western/Eastern) categories (Round 1)
10.30am – 11.30am: SPA/Wellness and Freestyle (Western/Eastern) categories (Round 2)
12pm – 1pm: Freestyle (Western/Eastern) category (round 3) & Massage with tools category (round 1)
1.05pm – 1.55pm: Lunch Break
2pm – 2.40: Chair Massage (Might change to 1.15pm)
2pm-3pm: Facial & Massage With Tools (round 2) category (Timining might change by an hour)
3.30pm/3.45pm Awards Ceremony on Heath & Wellbeing Stage
